We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of purchase, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • A valid receipt is presented

  • The product is in resalable condition

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Perishable food and beverages

  • Frozen products

  • Dairy items

  • Snacks or opened consumables

  • Personal care products (e.g., toiletries, hygiene items)

  • Tobacco products

  • Lottery tickets

  • Gift cards and prepaid cards

These items are final sale once purchased.

3. Defective or Damaged Products

If an item is defective, damaged, or faulty, please bring it back to the store with the receipt. We will offer:

  • A replacement, if available

  • Or a full refund if the item cannot be replaced

Defective product claims must be made within 3 days of purchase.

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued using the original method of payment:

  • Debit or credit purchases will be refunded back to the card

  • Cash purchases will be refunded in cash

  • Gift card purchases are non-refundable

Refunds may take 3–5 business days to appear on your bank statement depending on your financial institution.

5. Exchanges

We allow exchanges on eligible merchandise within 7 days, provided the item is:

  • Unused and unopened

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt

If the replacement item has a difference in price, the customer will either pay the difference or receive a partial refund.

6. Missing Receipt

Returns without a receipt may be declined.
However, at the store’s discretion, we may offer:

This is only applicable for eligible non-perishable items.

If an incorrect item or wrong charge was made due to a cashier or system error, we will correct the mistake immediately by offering:
